What are Estate Vision’s COVID-19 safety protocols?

Estate Vision values your health and safety above all else. It’s our promise to always follow COVID-19 safety protocols during in-person meetings and service appointments as directed by public health orders. This includes always wearing masks properly to cover the mouth and nose, and maintaining a physical distance of at least 6 feet. To further reduce indoor transmission rates, it is suggested that windows remain slightly opened to allow for improved air flow inside while we are on-site. Absolutely no services will be provided should we be aware of any risk of COVID-19 transmission. If you or anyone you’ve met with has tested positive for COVID-19, or is exhibiting signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in the 2 weeks before or after a scheduled appointment, it is your duty to make Estate Vision aware as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be waived for our clients if the reasons are COVID-19 related, with the exception of on-site cancellations: On-Site cancellation fees will not be waived for COVID-19 related reasons. Please give Estate Vision at least 2 hours notice from the scheduled booking of a COVID-related cancellation to have your cancellation fee waived. Please be advised that anyone who is present at the service appointment must also follow mask-wearing and physical distancing protocols for Estate Vision to proceed with the service. Estate Vision reserves the right to cancel any of our bookings at any time for COVID-19 related reasons. Please be advised that should anyone on-site not be willing to comply with public health orders or refuse to abide by mask-wearing and physical distancing protocols during the service appointment, the service will be cancelled and an on-site cancellation fee will be charged. Is there a cancellation fee?

All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This $50 cancellation fee will be waived for any COVID-19 related reason, with one exception: Any services which are cancelled within two hours of the agreed-upon booking time are considered “on-site cancellations” and are subject to a fee equalling 50% of the service ordered. On-Site cancellation fees will not be waived due to COVID-19 related reasons – please give Estate Vision at least 2 hours notice of a cancellation to avoid being charged the 50% service cancellation fee. Estate Vision reserves the right to cancel any of our bookings at any time for COVID-19 related reasons. Please be advised that should anyone on-site not be willing to comply with public health orders or refuse to abide by mask-wearing and physical distancing protocols during the service appointment, the service will be cancelled and an on-site cancellation fee will be charged. 

In what cities does Estate Vision provide services? Are there any travel fees?

Estate Vision is based in Coquitlam and operates within the Tri Cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. There are no travel fees for services provided within the Tri Cities. However, if you’re interested in hiring Estate Vision to photograph or scan a property outside of the Tri Cities, please don’t hesitate to send us inquiry email by filling out one of the contact forms. Do package prices include taxes?

No, our package prices do not include taxes. All package prices are subject to an additional 7% PST and 5% GST charge.

Is the square footage of the home a determining factor for the price of the service?

We wanted to make our pricing system simple enough that most of our clients wouldn’t need to waste time waiting to hear back for a quote. All of our packages are designed to suit the needs of any home that is 5,000 square feet or less. For homes that are larger than 5,000 square feet, the package prices may be subjected to an increase. How long does order fulfillment take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks after the initial service appointment for a return on all photo, video, and 3D scans taken by Estate Vision. We are working hard to ensure your product is of the best possible quality for your business. 

Are HDR and panoramic photography included in every package?

Yes! No matter what package you choose, you can expect beautiful HDR and panoramic photography to be included. Striking photography can be the determining factor of how fast a property sells, and similarly, poorly executed photos can leave a property lingering on the market. Estate Vision always provides you with up to 30 bright and brilliant photos to show off your home in style.

How many photos are included?

We find that 30 photos is enough to make a statement for most properties, as often less is more! The fewer the images, the more impact they will have on your audience. We at Estate Vision have chosen to offer up to 30 images for the same price for maximum effect, no matter the package or the size of the home - so you don’t need to wait for a quote.

Who owns the photos and 3D scans?
Most of the content created by Estate Vision is owned by Estate Vision. Regarding 3D scans, Matterport retains ownership of the raw sensor data of all 3D scans produced by their Matterport Pro2 3D cameras. For more information about Matterport’s terms of use.

Does Estate Vision provide aerial / drone photos and videos?

At this time, Estate Vision does not include any aerial or drone photography or videography. Please check back again later, as we have plans to offer these services in the future.
